The IPGard 8-Port Single-Head Dual-Link DVI-I KVM Switch allows users to control keyboard, video, and mouse operation on up to eight computers with DVI displays or HDMI/VGA displays with an optional adapter. It supports native video resolution up to 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz. It also features a dedicated CAC port and allows users to assign specific peripheral devices to this port. Once a peripheral device has been registered by an authenticated admin, users can then switch the connection between that device and the PC's along with KVM switching. Designed for use in secure defense and intelligence applications, this switch is NIAP PP 3.0 certified and includes security features that meet Information Assurance safe control standards.

This switch emulates the presence of a keyboard and a mouse for every attached computer through a USB cable, preventing direct connection between the peripherals and the connected computer. It also prevents unwanted and unsecure data from getting transmitted through the DDC lines by means of secure EDID learning and emulation.

The unit is equipped with internal anti-tamper switches, which sense attempts to open the device enclosure. Once the system identifies such an attempt, the unit shuts off connections with all the attached PCs and peripherals, disabling any functionality. The controller of the unit comes with a protection feature that prevents reprogramming or reading the firmware. The enclosure is also protected with a tamper-evident seal to provide a visual evidence if the unit has been opened.

A: I've had problems with my external hard drives randomly force ejecting with this USB hub. I think it might be due to the power supply, but in my personal experience, it's not the most stable connection.

A: All !0 ports are for data, 3 of the 10 will transfer data and charge.

A: This is normal , the manufacture does not include a manual on this products

Q: 6. will this stand hold the 107 roll of savage paper?

A: Yes the cross bar for this stand will extend out to 9 ft 5 inches wide which is enough to accommodate a 107 roll of seamless paper.

Q: 7. Will it handle two (2) self powered USB Laser Printers, and 1 external Backup Drive as the sum total of the peripheral load?

A: I doubt it. It fried my external drive after a week, it would unmount while files were being transferred. After the 4th or 5th time it happened the drive died. Have not been able to get the drive to work since. I returned the hub. i wouldnt plug anything into this hub unless you can afford to lose it.

Q: 8. Is the color #50 white a true white or off white?

A: #50 White is a warm white color. #01 Super White is a brighter white.

Q: 9. can it work without power (I mean with usb cable only) ?

A: It requires power to use.

Q: 10. Can i use one stand as a light stand for “Godox SLB60W” it’s only 8 Ibs

A: So long as you do not add too much of a softbox it should be doable, but obviously it will not hold the background at the same time.
