A: On the bottom of the device you should see a reset button, stick a small pin inside and hold down for 10-15 seconds. This should reset the device to factory settings

A: Hi Einar! Thanks for your interest in TRENDnet! If you put the router in load balance mode and one of the connections fail it will continue to route traffic out the connected WAN. As long as you don’t have any specific device setup to router out the down WAN connection. Hope this helps!
