I used this adaptor so i could use a 77mm ND filter in Northern MN to do long exposures up at Lake Superior. This purchase did not disapoint, and worked well without jamming, or gauling when fixing filters on to it in extremely cold -17 fahrenheit temperatures. Much cheaper than the genuine hasselblad version, and just as good.

Already owned multiple filters in a 77mm size. Needed a specific filter for my Hasselblad, but didn't want to buy a duplicate filter just because of ring size. The step-up ring adapter fit the bill perfectly.

I bought Tiffen 52-77mm step-up ring to use my Hoya HD polarizing and Hoya ND 400 filters (77mm) with my Nikon 50mm f1.4 and Nikon 18-55vr lenses. 77mm filters and step up ring and helps me to spend less on separate filters for my lenses without compromising IQ. I also own a 52-77 cheapo step-up ring, which usually not sits perfectly when I screw it into my lens. Tiffen step-up ring is light weight and fits perfectly on my lenses.

The Tiffen step up to my 77mm filters, saves the cost of buying more filters. The thread is easy to undo and holds up well. This unit is a 62-77 and work well with all those lens.

Save on extra sets of different size filters... 77-82 step ring allows me to use my 82mm filters on my 77mm diameter lenses. Truly a must-have item.

This step-up ring allows me to use my set of 52mm filters on 49mm sized lenses. If fits smoothly on both the lens and filters. Don't buy the cheaper brands, I tried a Bower(listed under general brand) and it was so warped that it was useless. Fortunately B&H let me upgrade for the price difference with no charge for shipping and no need to return the defective product.
