The BG-2480D from Toa Electronics is a five-input digital mixer amplifier with a 480W rated output. It is designed for background music distribution and general announcements in commercial spaces such as bars, restaurants, retail stores, and hospitality facilities. It is equipped with a Music On Hold (MOH) output that permits two independent zones when used in conjunction with an optional power amplifier equipped with a line level analog audio input.

This has been a welcome addition to my Canon EOS R. Solid camera to hold now especially with larger lenses. I can shoot all day taking pictures and videos without changing the batteries. Very comfortable. 5

I've tried all of the Canon grips for every 5D series camera I've had. Ended up returning them all (or not using them). This one, though, is different. Maybe it's because the camera itself is lighter than 5D models, but this grip on the EOS R makes the camera feel fantastic--not as heavy as a 1D (instead of heavier w/ the grip on 5D cameras) but just as hearty and, well, good! The feel of the grips on both the camera and the grip is just fantastic. Makes me want to just hold the silly camera even when I'm not photographing anything. Weird, I know. But anyway, yeah, great grip. Great, great grip. Recent price reduction is wonderful, too. Strong buy. 5

This really made my R more comfortable and balanced. I didn't realize it also came with a USB adapter as well so that was an unexpected bonus. Works just like all my previous Canon battery grips! 5

I have found the Canon BG-E22 Battery Grip to be very ergonomic. It doesn’t add to much bulk or weight to the camera, in fact it helps with balance when using larger EF lenses, but hasn’t been a hinderance when used with the R 24-105mm. On another note, it makes it possible to charge the batteries in place via USB C which is very convenient. 5

Canon Battery Grip: Canon knows how to make a darn good grip. When I picked it up the box felt abnormally heavy compared to my other Canon grips. Much to my surprise, the weight was because they include the USB-C charger with the grip. This helps explain the cost of the grip being so high...but not sure why they dont offer this for sale without the USB-C charger for those looking to keep costs down. So the really awesome feature of this grip is that it will allow you to charge the batteries inside. There is a little dual LED indicator to show you which battery is charging as well. Batteries will not charge beyond 90% for whatever safety reason - this is clearly stated in teh EOS R owners manual. Overall this is a very nice grip and feels extremely solid. I was also happy to discover that it wasnt too much of a challenge to continue using the touch/drag autofocus on the screen. Its still within easy reach, however you need to be sure you have the screen area active. 5

Easiest purchase when buying extra gear or accessories for the Canon EOS R. This was a no brainer for me when upgrading from an 80D! 5
