A: mmm I can say: Yes, it works perfect! but I have Canon 7D, itsn't mark II. I've used it with the program in remote shooting mode and it works fine.

A: Yes. Just remember that it is a manual trigger not TTL. So have to set your camera on manual and set the aperture and shutter speed. Say you set the shutter speed at 180 you can make tests at varying apertures and note the results. Or use a flash meter to tell you what aperture to use.

A: I saw these at a trade show - yes the light does reduce shadows, I just felt the light was too annoying to be staring into for the duration of a webcast, and decided to pass. Also, my application includes me working and screensharing on a PC - this would have to sit smack in fron of my screen, since there's no way to adjust the camera height.
