Patterns, or gobos, are widely used by designers in theatre, film, photography and television to create atmosphere, project scenery, and generally enhance the visual impact of their lighting.

Conceived by some of the world's leading lighting designers, the Rosco range presently includes hundreds of standard steel gobo designs.

To insure design integrity the patterns are etched using a precise double-sided process on stainless steel. The result is durable, high quality patterns which will withstand the extreme heat at the gate of ellipsoidal spotlights.

Rosco steel gobos are round to allow for rotation in the gate when aligning the projected image.

The standard "B" size is suitable for most fixtures with a 6" lens when used with a Rosco Pattern Holder or the holders of other manufacturers.

Trimming of patterns, where necessary, can be easily accomplished with a pair of scissors.

A: The inserts should be loose and only tightened when inserted. do not screw the insert all the way down before inserting into the barrel

A: YES...Just unscrew the laser tip, which is how you turn it on and off, and the batteries will be just inside the long part of the site. I think it takes 2 small watch style batteries. I have had mine for several years and used it a lot and as long as you turn it off when your finished with it they should last a long time.

Q: 7. Does the Light Cone require continuous lighting? (My studio setup is limited. I usually shoot using a camera only.)

A: Yes, the V-FLAT WORLD The Light Cone x Karl Taylor (Large) does require a light source to shine through the Cone in order to illuminate the object inside.

Q: 8. Can this be installed in existing finished ceiling? If yes, does it require additional mounting hardware or does it install directly to Sheetrock?

A: It can be installed directly to sheetrock using toggle bolts or a different type of anchors.

Q: 9. will this work on .223 cal?

A: Yes it will. I have used it on a 223 of my own. The kit includes several adapters for just about any caliber.
