Q: 1. Which pan and Tilt heads work with the E-Image App?

A: E-image offers the PTZ heads that are app controlled. Model PTZ-S and PTZ-M. They can be viewed here: https://bit.ly/3gZCgul

Q: 2. Can I use this with my Godox AD400pro?

A: Yes; however, do note that you would need to purchase the Impact Speed Ring for Impact, Bowens S, Westcott & Aputure, B&H # IMSRIMPV2, to connect the Impact Luxbanx Large Rectangular Softbox (36 x 48") to the Godox AD400Pro Witstro All-In-One Outdoor Flash.

Q: 3. Can I use this softbox horizontally? I mean, the longest part on the horizontal plane?

A: Yes, you can rotate it horizontally.

Q: 4. Does the E-Image ES-120 slider have mounting holes at each end for tripod mounting?

A: Yes. 1/4 and 3/8.

Q: 5. Could this be used with a speedlte ring that mounts to a light stand?

A: I believe that is the only way to use it. The ribs insert into the speedring and the speedring mounts onto the light stand.

Q: 6. What do I need to connect this to my Godox AD200?

A: To connect this Luxbanx Large Rectangular Softbox, you would need the Impact Speed Ring for Impact, Bowens S, Westcott & Aputure, BH #IMSRIMPV and the Godox S2 Speedlite Bracket for Bowens, BH # GOS2. https://bhpho.to/3gOT7TT https://bhpho.to/3a4S7Dv

Q: 7. It says that it is not to be used with a ''hot light'', but I use Bowens Gemini flashes and their model lights are 250w Halostar E27 and I also have 500W E11 model lights. Is it dangerous to use this softbox with those flashes?

A: A 250 watt modeling light is fine. It is not designed for higher and should not be used with a 500 watt modeling lamp.Note, with any softbox one should keep an eye on it for safety when using a quartz modeling lamp.Quartz modeling lamps higher than 250 watts the Duo version of the softbox should be used.

Q: 8. I would like to attach my Nikon D800 to my Black Rapid RS-7 curve strap using some quick release equipment ie arca swiss slidefix QA Camera plate and a Kirk QRC-1 Quick release clamp. Is this practical and are these reasonable componets to do it with?

A: It is doable but not practical, it's a little on the small side. I use that particular model for my Fuji X100, where it's just right. I would suggest going with the regular Arca Swiss system, I use a Really Right Stuff L-Plate which I just leave on the camera.

Q: 9. What size are people using for bust interviews? I'm debating between the 24x32 and the 36x48.

A: It depends a little bit on your style and how powerful your lights are, but for bust portraits of individuals the 24 x 32 should be fine. The 36 x 48 is going to be more of a full lenth or group shot size. In either event, be sure to add a grid for finer control.

Q: 10. What length are the holding rods ? Need to know to see if fits in my luggage for travel.

A: The Impact Luxbanx Large Rectangular Softbox (36 x 48") BH #IMLBRL folds down to about 37.5 x 10.5 x 1".
