A: It depends a little bit on your style and how powerful your lights are, but for bust portraits of individuals the 24 x 32 should be fine. The 36 x 48 is going to be more of a full lenth or group shot size. In either event, be sure to add a grid for finer control.

Continuous lighting is compatible with any camera. If ur looking for a strobe u need to get a wireless trigger. I use impact 300watt with its standard trigger in the hot shoe.
