A: Hi David, You would need to use 8x12" paper, create a 2" border and have your final print be 8x10", if I understood your question correctly. DNP does offer 8x12" paper for the DS820A printer. We offer our standard paper as well as metallic and silver pearl 8x12" luxury papers.

A: You would need to download the ICC profiles. In would not calibrate with Photoshop, but having the correct profile is what you would need. A: Hi Sangyon, you can only use DNP media in the DNP printers. Our media is dye sublimation, and we offer 8x10 or 8x12 media sizes for the DS820A printer.

A: No! This printer is a ribbon film transfer technology which prints only on it's dedicated DNP glossy paper, you are probably referring to the Sublimation Ink Printers which use liquid ink on transfer paper which manufacturers like Epson etc... make & they're quite pricey.
