A: It fits fine.

A: This EasyCover when on fitted camera will NOT fit into Smallrig Video Cage. The silicone would have to be modified. Check photos in reviews. Top and sides to thick to fit.

Q: 6. Can a speedlight or shoe mounted trigger be used with the EasyCover?

A: A speedlight or shoe mounted trigger can be used while the EasyCover is installed. The flap that normally attaches to the hot shoe will pull back. However, depending on the flash or trigger, that flap may restrict access to buttons on those devices.

Q: 7. is it compatible with Nikon z7II ?

A: Technically yes it will fit, but the battery door is different between the two cameras so I would recommend getting one for the z7II.

Q: 8. Hard to tell from the pictures provided. Will this case work with a battery grip installed?

A: The bottom of the case is opened pretty much throughout, so I can't see why it would not fit. The thickness too is not huge so it should hug around the edges of the cam where the battery grip doesn't touch. I would definitely give it a go.

Q: 9. Does this cover require cutting out holes for buttons as describer in reviews for the same brand's 80D cover?

A: Our understanding this cover works as intended.
