Get the convenience of a projection board that doubles as whiteboard with the 4 x 8' standard-gloss-white Interactive Projection Board from Best Rite. With a flatness variation of less than 2mm across its surface, this board maximizes the performance of your interactive projector. The board can be wall mounted or used on mobile carts while still achieving the projector's flatness requirements. The board's surface is engineered to minimize visual strain from anywhere in the room, ideal for spaces that are exposed to ambient light.
Designed for interactive use in classrooms and meeting rooms, the board enables presenters to add comments, colors, and drawings to the projected image using markers. The board's surface is easy to erase—even stubborn permanent marker can be removed. The surface is magnetic too, so it also serves as bulletin board for easy hanging of notes and documents. For a modern touch, the board is framed with a low-profile aluminum Brio trim.

Q: 1. I just got my grandpas Bell and Howell Sportster. Im just starting to get educated. Will this film work?
A: Yes, this is the only film in the world that will work in (non Super 8) 8mm movie cameras like the Sporster. Be sure to talk to the lab that is going to process the film so that you two are on the same page. You will have to learn how to thread the film, (research on-line for a manual) expose it, flip it, and then ship to the lab.
Q: 2. Good day, Regarding the shipment of photographic film, is it guaranteed that it will not go through X-rays and spoil the film?
A: We are not able to guarantee that the film will not get x-rayed. It is best to contact the carrier, either Fed-ex or USPS.
Q: 3. is it possible to split the roll into two 8mm rolls and re spool without exposing it? I have a 1965 Wollensak model 56-D that I would like to use this film in.
A: Yes it is. In fact, this is a service that I used to do on a regular basis years ago. There are many early model Regular 8mm cameras that require single strand 8mm width film (known somewhat confusingly by Single 8mm, not to be confused with FUJIs Single-8 which is actually Super 8mm width film) such as: your Wollensak (made by Revere), some early Reveres, Univex 8, AGFA 8, and a few others. The Film Slitting is/has to be done in the darkroom using a Film Slitting Device, and the film is then spooled up onto two 8mm film reels. The outer film has to be rewound back onto another reel in order to be used since the sprocket hole position is incorrect for camera use. You can do this yourself using a Film Slitter (such as the russian made LOMO Film Slitter often seen on eBay, or others) and a couple of 8mm Craig type film rewinders mounted to a length of 2' x 4' wood, about 4ft to 5ft long. You can use a large C-Clamp to hold it to a table. On the right side you place two Regular 8mm 50ft film reels, with the outer one facing outwards. Tape them to the spindle and to each other so they move together. On the other Left Side Film Rewinder, place your Raw Film Camera Double 8mm spool and tape it to stay in place, or transfer it to a 16mm daylight spool first if that is easier. Push the end of the film thru the Film Slitter and pull out a couple feet of it. Attach it to the takeup reels and feel that the tension if fine, or use night-vision goggles or night-vision video camera to observe what you're doing. Wind the film carefully whilst holding the Film Slitter in the center of the setup on the board surface or in the air, making sure not to kink the film in either direction while slitting. If you don't wish to do this yourself, you can pay a lab that can do it, such as Plattsburgh Photographic Services, NY that does these kind of arkane lab services to this day. Anyhow, FOMAPAN is fun film to use, and good luck!
Q: 4. does this film work for a lumicon 8III?
A: Hey, so I looked into the Lumicon 8 III a little bit and I am going to say a tentative yes. From what I understand the Lunicon 8 III was released in 1961 and super 8 film (the other kind of 8mm film) was released in 1965. So the odds are in your favor. And honestly the film is relatively inexpensive so it's really worth the shot! I shoot on this film all the time and I love how it looks, and if it doesn't work for your camera then you have a test roll for future cameras!
Q: 5. Will this work with regular 8 mm cameras?
A: The Fomapan R100 Black and White Transparency Film (Double Standard 8mm, 32.8' Reel) is designed for use with 8mm film cameras.
Q: 6. I just received a Bell & Howell Filmo Double Run from the 1930s. Will this film work in it? It's a hand crank 8mm movie camera.
A: This film will work in that camera. You want to make sure that you consider that the film is faster than the film of that camera's time. That means you must consider the f stops when shooting. In bright daylight you need to adjust the f stops to 16 or 22 of the camera has it. I would try to find an nd filter for it.
Q: 7. Does this type of film work with a brownie movie camera 8mm?
A: If the camera you have accepts 8mm film, not Super 8, yes this film should work in it.
Q: 8. What is the average time of recording at approximately 24fps with this roll?
A: The average record time for the Foma Fomapan R100 Double Standard 8mm Black and White Transparency Film (10m) will be about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Q: 9. 3 questions: Will this fit in an ORIGINAL 1951 Kodak Brownie 13mm f2.7? Is it projectable? And does it come with a spool?
A: This is 25ft(33ft with leader for either end for loading) spool film, Double 8mm and will fit into every spool film loading Double 8mm camera, even the original KODAK from 1932. After you send the film out for processing, it will return developed to a Black & White Reversal(Positive)image film, having been slit down the middle from its 16mm width (thus why it's called DOUBLE 8mm film), with each 25ft segment spliced end to end, yielding approximately 50ft of film on a 50ft Projection Reel. The film if shot at 16 frames per second (as is the situation with most 8mm cameras made prior to 1958), and thus projected at that same speed, will yield approximately 4minutes 12 seconds of screen time. If shot at 18fps, as is the case with many cameras made after 1958, it will run for about 3 minutes 50 seconds. If transferred to video format with chain type transfer equipment, it will yield about 3 minutes 30 seconds of video time, which can be adjusted back to whatever time run length you want in video editing software. Keep in mind, film transfer is an extra service beyond the cost of developing the film. I suggest doing an internet search for how to properly load and use these older cameras; many helpful sites out there. Good luck, happy filmmaking, and best wishes over the holiday season. Q: 10. Will this film fit in a 1959-60's Yashica8-EIII movie camera?
