A: Simply....YES.

A: The locking pin on the FLM QLB-80 Quick Release Clamp cannot be removed. However, if you squeeze the pin between a pair of pliers and push it down into the body of the clamp, the locking pin will be ineffective and out of the way.

A: No. the thread on your CG24 is 1/4"/20. The thread on the SRB40 is 3/8"/16 . But you can make it fit easily by using an adapter bushing. A good one would be B&H # WIBS100.

A: Yes it will.

Q: 5. Does the safety pin have a way of flattening to slide a plate in place. Or do you have to completely unscrew and lift plate out? Maybe pull back on the turning knob?

A: You will need to drop and lift plates in and out. The whole point of safety pin is to prevent the plate sliding out if knob or clamp were to loosen. So the only way to get out is completely loosen and lift out. Note that if you were to use other branded plates the pin may never project into void anyway so plate will slide out. I use a lot of Novoflex plates which are designed for pin closer to center line. So the plates keep the pin depressed in and safety feature doesn't work. But FLM make great light weight plates that work perfectly with this clamp. But if I use a Novoflex clamp both my Novoflex and FLM plates work perfectly with safety pin. I think most plate brands have a void space closer to center line because that is where fastening screw is located. It is a very slight location change but it makes a difference for me. In my opinion FLM make better plates but Novoflex makes a better clamp, just comparing these German makes.

I know Sunwayfoto makes a clamp specifically designed for the A-S P0 that has an extra-long clamp knob so that it extends beyond the possible obstruction of the P0's top lever ... do I need something like that, or will this FLM SRB-60 be fine?

A: We see no issue if you use this with the Arca-Swiss Monoball P0 with Panning System B&H # ARMPOPS. In fact, we are of the opinion that this clamp will work better than OEM or other 3rd party clamps.
