I purchased this item for an up-coming wedding. I figure i'm going to want two cameras ready for me. But i started using this in the one camera configuration last weekend and i'm in love... It's so much better than hanging it over your neck.

I love my sling! I have used it on numerous occasions and it works fantastic. It has helped my back incredibly, as I no longer carry the burden of both cameras on my neck. :)

I got this I could have both cameras available at events. I already had a single camera harness from them that I love.

I often carry two cameras (one with a wide angle and one with a telephoto). I have tried several products and systems for doing this. I am aware of the quality of OP/Tech products as I own others. The double sling carries two cameras in a position that makes them quickly and easily accessible while at the same time allowing the user to wear them for long periods without suffering discomfort. The sling is well made, easy to operate and very modestly priced, especially when compared with products from other companies that cost almost four times as much.

I was looking for something that would allow carrying a rather large and very heavy (6 lbs) camera AND a lens case with an alternative lens. I was going on a tour + cruise (with land excursions) to Alaska, and carrying a backpack or even a tripod would have been very awkward. This sling worked very well, I had the camera with its large lens on one side, and attached the case for the lens to the other side (it had an alternate lens which was smaller than the one on the camera). The combined weight was in the 8 to 10 lbs range. With the double shoulder harness configuration I carried the camera and alternate lens all day several times and never experienced any stress on my shoulders. I also have a Black Rapid cross chest strap, and while it works well when only carrying a single camera it would not have been easy to carry the second lens, and its shoulder pad doesn't provide degree of padding this unit does. The only (minor) problem I had with this unit is that it could be somewhat awkward to get it on; fortunately my wife was there to assist. With some practice I believe this would become a non-problem.

I am a petite woman (just under 5') and it fits me just fine. I think my husband could also wear this comfortably. This was just what I needed to get the weight of my camera's off my neck and more onto my shoulders.
