A: There are mainly DC outputs on the VBP-01. Only 1 port outputs AC, you need to use them according to what your devices take.

A: The Atomos Ninja Flame and Shogun Flame both include a D-Tap cable. You will be able to use that cable with this battery pinch.

A: Yes it does. I've had success in charging V-Lock batteries using the plate.

A: For the most part V-Mount Batteries are interchangeable, so your Pag Link V-Mount batteries should work fine with this plate. You would just need a cable to connect the plate to the FS700. For that I recommend a PowerTap to Sony L Series battery cable.

A: Part of the answer depends on what camera you are using and what connection it will use. The two other devices can use the P-Tap output easily. Also they can use one of the barrel connections. The correct cable for that purpose would have to be specified by the manufacturer before you ordered so that you get the correct one.
