A: Not just a soft box. If u have a continuous light with a bowens mount adapter it can work. But may have to put the light bulb in after installing the light box is attached to the lighting mount. Continuous lighting is compatible with any camera. If ur looking for a strobe u need to get a wireless trigger. I use impact 300watt with its standard trigger in the hot shoe.
