The white JBL Professional PD6200/66 Passive/Biamp Two-Way Mid-/High-Frequency Loudspeaker is a versatile, high-output speaker well suited for professional installations such as performing arts facilities, theatrical sound design, auditoriums, houses of worship, live music venues, night clubs, sports facilities, and theme parks.

The PD6200/66 is comprised of the JBL CMCD-82H cone midrange compression driver with integral 8" diameter Differential Drive dual voice coil driver, and a 2432H, 1.5" exit high-frequency compression driver. The large format PT Progressive Transition waveguide provides a 60 x 60 coverage pattern. The waveguides are rotatable so the loudspeaker system can be used in either the vertical or horizontal orientation. High-slope passive networks minimize band overlap. Well-controlled off-axis response enhances arrayability. The PD6200/66 will perform as either a bi-amped or passive cabinet, at the flick of a switch.

Q: 1. what would be a recommended amp to run four of these speakers?

A: The JBL SCS 12 Two-Way Spatially Cued Cinema Ceiling Passive Surround Loudspeaker BH #JBSCS12 will work well with the: Crown Audio DSi 2.0 Series LA4 1200W 4-Channel Amplifier for JBL Cinema Loudspeakers B&H # CRLA4 Key Features: For Professional Cinema Rooms JBL Cinema Speaker Tuning Presets 2200W at 4 Ohms per Channel DriveCore Technology for Reliability Intuitive LCD Screen for Set Up Onboard 96 kHz/32-Bit DSP Crossovers, EQ, Delay, Filters, Limiting RJ45 for HARMAN Audio Architect Software SNMP for Theater Management Systems

Q: 2. How would these be in a 700sq movie viewing room?

A: A pair or two of the JBL SCS 12 Two-Way Spatially Cued Cinema Ceiling Passive Surround Loudspeaker BH #JBSCS12 would be thunderous in the small space you have described.

Q: 3. It looks like the C221 is side-ported. How much space is required between them in an LCR configuration for the ports to work as designed?

A: The Ports sum with the LF almost in place. As long as the ports are not obstructed, there shouldn’t be an issue.

Q: 4. Is this for one or a pair?

A: This is a single speaker.

Q: 5. Is it okay to Bi-Amp JBL C211?

A: The JBL Two-Way ScreenArray Cinema Loudspeaker BH #JBC211 may be bi-amped: For Single-wire passive operation, leave the jumpers in place (jumpers link the LF+ and HF+ terminals together and the LF- and HF- terminals together). For Bi-wire passive operation, remove the jumpers and wire the LF± and HF± terminals to the respective amplifiers Designed for small cinemas and VIP rooms for a maximum throw of 52'

Q: 6. I know that the maximum throw is about 44 ft. But, what is the minimum distance? In other words, how close can I sit before integration is compromised? Is 10-12 ft too close?

A: The JBL Two-Way ScreenArray Cinema Loudspeaker (B&H # JBC211) has a minimum usable distance of about 3'. Ideally, listeners should be within a 20° angle of the front of the speaker.

Q: 7. What bracket do we use with the ac 28w speaker?

A: JBL recommends the JBL U Bracket f/Models AC28/XX white finish7. That would be B&H part number B&H # JBMTU28WH.

Q: 8. can quater jack be used to connect another speaker to jrx215?

A: There is a parallel identical Speakon NL4 and 1/4 connector that facilitates a loop-through connection so you can daisy-chain and power an additional JRX215 speaker.

Q: 9. Can I connect a subwoofer to the speakers directly Thks

A: No. The JBL SRX815 15" Two-Way Bass Reflex Passive System is a passive speaker, so it needs to be connected to a power amplifier. Depending on the subwoofer you select, if it is passive, it will also need to be connected to a power amp, while an active speaker has the amplifier built-in. If you are using a mixer, the mixer's output will connect to the input on the power amp(s) and the speakers will connect to the output from the power amps.

Q: 10. this loud speaker 3 way 4732 MADE BY USA / CHINA / KOREA ?

A: According to the information in our system provided by JBL, at this time the 4732-T is manufactured in Mexico.
