The SL1 and T5i will give you a higher ISO sensitivity range, up to 12800, compared to the maximum ISO of 6400 on the T3i. You will get the fastest burst rate with the T5i, with up to five frames per second, followed by the SL1 at four frames per second, and the T3i with 3.7 frames per second. The T5i and SL1 also feature HDMI connectivity, whereas the T3i does not. The SL1 and T5i also feature STM focusing with select STM series lenses, which provides for very smooth autofocus, which is helpful when shooting video.
