A: Most of these binoculars do not have Image Stabilization. There are only a few brands who offer this setting. Since this model has a 50mm Diameter you should be fine holding it steady. Keep in mind though the more magnification it will take away that brightness factor. This model would be used for Hunting, or Stargazing.

A: It can be difficult to get a purchase on the knob. Try a rubber glove or even the eraser on a pencil.
