A: This item comes with everything you will need, and depending on how your bag hooks up, you may be able to attach a bag (although I wouldn't recommend for weight distribution reasons). The harness is fairly loose and gear does swing quite a bit, which caused a lot of soreness the day after using. I used once and haven't used again since.

A: I have not used the black rapid but the dual harness worked well. Set the straps a little short so the cameras easily come to eye level. If you are very active a hand on camera keeps motion down. I recommend this harness

A: Hi! Thanks for your question. The Super Classic-Pro Loop uses a loop connector to attach to your camera; however, the connectors detach from the main body of the strap near the neoprene pad. This means that the connectors are long and can be connected together if desired to form a webbing handle. The Uni Loop version uses a short loop connector which disconnects near the end of the strap so that you only have a very small connector left on the camera when you disconnect the main strap.
