I just purchased new Sony 7RM3 and hoped to be able to use all my classic Zeiss ZE and Canon lances especially TS-E17.I just conected adapter and didn't notice any lights and all my lances are working .
FOCUSING ZEISS MANUAL LANCES WITH FOCUS MAGNIFIER 6.3X AND FOCUS PEAKING IS FANTASTIC AND ADAPTER WORKS beautifully.Only canon EF 400/5,6 is hunting in law light and close but that is insignificant.Great product and not well known that works with Zeiss ZE� classic lenses same as native Zeiss Loxia E mount.

I can use with all my EF-Canon & Sigma lens with my Sony A7 II

I've used Vello adapter with Rokinon Cine lenses. It worked, by lenses were moving a little. It wasn't that solid. I purchased MC-11 when price dropped to $150. It works great with my Rokinon lenses. I'll be using it for more cinematic productions with prime lenses.

1st let me say that I have tried the Metabones IV and an MC-11 from last year on my Sony A7II. Neither combination was usable IMO.�

I mounted this new MC-11 to my Sony A7III and was surprised!� All 3 of my main Canon lenses worked perfectly in AF-S and AF-C using Flexible Spot: L. I am very pleased that the focus speeds and hit rate surpass the same lenses mounted to my Canon 5D mkII. I know the Canon is older. I am not trying to compare a new camera to an older one. For me, this is about� being able to migrate from Canon to Sony and not "needing" to buy thousands of dollars of new native lenses.�

Bought this with a A6500. Can say that it works with my Sigma 18-35, 1.8 Art lens. Also can confirm it works with my Sigma 70-200, 2.8. Definitely eases the panic of needing to buy lenses as I move from Canon to Sony.

Great converter, only annoying moment when using canon EF lense 50mm F1.4 or 100mm F2.8, have to switch the camera on/off and wait till it synchronises.Otherwise it saves from buying other Sony lenses.

Bought this adapter based on other reviews. I use a Sony A7ll, my Canon 17-40 f4 L works great with the MC-11, as does my 24-105 L. Canon 28 f1.8 works well, 50 f1.8ll works ok, auto focus does not always work. Zeiss 35 f2 ze also works, manual focus lens, but I can change the aperture. Other reviews say older sigma lenses will not work. I have a 70 f2.8 macro, 85 f1.4 dg hsm, and a 120-400. All lenses work, auto focus works about half the time, and is not always accurate, but that is not a problem with the great manual focusing system on Sony cameras. Having the ability to change the aperture on these lenses is all that is important. The MC-11 is a great value at the price, And B&H Holiday pricing of $100.00 off makes this Adapter an absolute steal!

I tried the MC-11 as well as the metal ones v4 on my previous Sony A7II. I was very disappointed. After buying a new A7III, I decided to give adapters another try. The great price at BH made the Sigma mc-11 an easy choice to start with. I will get right to it and say that I am 100% satisfied and surprised how well the adapter works. Here are the lenses I use..

Each lens performs better on my Sony A7iii and the Sigma mc-11 than they did on my older Canon 5Dmkii.

Saved me tons of money by not having to buy Sony native glass.

I've had two metabones before this for two separate bodies.. �This has better build quality and and more secure fit than the metabones at a cheaper price. �Works with non sigma canon lenses just fine.
