Q: 1. Does your DSLR have to have an audio output to be able to monitor audio with this device? I have a Nikon D5300.

A: You can monitor the audio on the Beachtek as it is going to the camera. You wont be able to monitor the audio that is being recorded though as the camera does not have a headphone port.

Q: 2. when i connect my android in to the qp20 for any video ,, is it possible to connect my Bluetooth phone in the external speaker?

A: Thanks for your interest on QP20 wireless dongle; for the audio output, you'd need to check your Android source device to see how to output the video and audio to different devices. Hope this helps. thanks

Q: 3. Can it accommodate nikkor 200-500mm?

A: Unfortunately Lowepro Photo Active 300 AW Backpack (Black/Gray) cannot accommodate the Nikon 200-500.

Q: 4. Will this fit a gripped Sony camera and a 70-200mm lens?

A: Yes. The following bag will accommodate both pieces but not mounted together.

Q: 5. Hello. Just so I'm straight, this unit will provide phantom power to a shotgun mic that requires it?

A: Yes. This provides 48V phantom power via its XLR input.

Q: 6. Hello, Do you have a video to show how this connects and operators?

A: Unfortunately we do not have a video. BenQ does have one on Youtube however https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQsi0a1Xzb4

Q: 7. Does anyone know if we can use that mount with the flagship series, or is it only for the E2-M4?

A: this is a MFT and can only be used on the Z cam cameras with MFT sized sensors

Q: 8. How big of a tripod can you fit on the side? is the pocket deep enough for a bigger tripod or is it more for a smaller one?

A: Lowepro Photo Active BP 300 AW Backpack does not have a dedicated pocket for a standard size tripod. However, you can use the mesh stretchable pocket on the side you won't be utilizing to access the equipment inside the backpack. You can attach small tabletop tripods but if you own a standard tripod you can also use the strap to secure the top of your tripod and insert 2 of the tripod legs on the side pocket. You can also use the belt strap and the bottom loop to secure a tripod on this backpack.

Q: 9. Would this fit on the Z CAM E2? The mount that came with my camera has too much give for follow focus to work well. Would this fix my problem?

A: The Z CAM Interchangeable Lens Mount with Active Lock for Z CAM E2-M4 (MFT Mount) (B&H# ZCEM105) is a replacement mount for the Z CAM E2-M4 Professional 4K Cinema Camera (Micro Four Thirds) (B&H # ZCE2M4). If the problem that you're experiencing is caused by your current camera mount not being secure enough, this active locking mount would be an excellent solution.

Q: 10. what is the phone port for?

A: When you see the word "Phones" in audio recorder or mixers that's your headphone output.
