A: Due to the thickness of the belt and the lack of any type of fastening/securing method for lens pouches or accessory pouches to be attached to the SpiderPro Holster, it is not recommended to try to attach any additional accessories to the belt.

Q: 2. So, I hand strap in my cart... How stable is the strap without the Spider holster plate or a tripod quick connect plate? I really don't want to purchase the Spider plate, as I'm not planning to purchase the holster and I don't own a tripod so I don't need a tripod plate, regardless of how inexpensive you can get one,

A: It's fine. It comes with its own little screw that secures the bottom of the strap to the camera.

Q: 3. Will this work with a Large Medium Format camera like my Leica S2 or something like a Pentax 645D?

A: I think it would work. I use it on a Nikon D850 with a battery grip which is quite large and it works great. I am sorry I can’t be more specific.

A: Thank you Daniel.. As you see from others (thank you all for using Spider!) the SpiderPro hand strap does elleviate the weight of the camera. It is the only hand strap that is situated high, close to the wrist, so it really supports the weight of the camera.. It also allows for your hand to go in and out of the strap with no struggle/wiggle you get with traditional starps (huge plus for pro shooters that need to work fast). Universal tripod connection (you can use your own tripod QR plate instead of the provided hardware) so no special connection needed.. You should NOT use the strap to actually carry your camera (it is not a handle) but for support, comfort and security when you shoot..Thank you,Spider Team

A: I own Nikon 750 & 7200 + Sigma 150-600. I wouldn't think of using the Spider belt with that combination: it would be much too awkward and difficult for walking. Shorter, lighter lenses work well with the system.

Q: 7. Will this fit a slim woman's body?

A: absolutly yes, you can fit the belt to your waist. however, the camera itself is fairly heavy, so if you are a small lady, make sure you can carry it around. Good luck.

Q: 8. Any issues with strength of the plastic strip that the bottom tripod mount bolt goes through? It seems flimsy and my colleague has this same strap and his tore recently.

Q: 10. Has anyone tried this with a Canon 5D Mark iv?

A: I use this strap with a 5D Mark ll and a 7D and it works perfectly. It has a plastic attachment that can be adjusted to the size of your hand or camera. Last weekend I had a two day event and used this strap on both cameras all day long and I felt very comfortable with them. Also I felt very secure that no accident will happen due to a loose strap. It is anatomically designed to your wrist and access to all buttons of the cameras is easy. It is made out of leather and no sweat or irritation was caused to my skin. I have tried several ways to carry a camera on my wrist and this is the best accessory I have bought in a long time. I dont Think youll have any trouble using it with your Mark lV.I just love this product.
