If the camera can accept a Digital Audio connection, then set the switch to Digital. If not, then set the switch to Analog. In terms of audio input selection, if your camera can accept 4 channels of audio, you can switch input select to IN1-IN2 and all input channels will be sent to the camera. If your camera can only accept 2 channels of audio, then you can use inputs 1 and 2, or input 3.
