A: Sure it can bounce up and down.... Find a smaller piece of foam to fit that compartment.. I actually use a folded up wash cloth to secure my camera tighter

A: Pelican 1560 Case with Foam Set (Desert Tan) wheels are smaller and get easily caught on a crack in concrete for instance. The 1560M mobility version has larger wheels that can handle rougher terrain like that and keep moving smoothly.
