Use this product for motorsport photography and it is perfect. The mount is secure and mounts on most smooth surfaces with ease. The maneuverability of the mount makes it a dream for special or unique angle shots. Would like to see a tether strap added or as an accessory, things happen at high speed and a tether can be a fail safe until you can stop and fix or adjust. 5

I use the fat gecko for off road rock crawlin video and beyond. suction cups alows me to mount on any smooth clean surfact in about 45 seconds. Solid construction well built, brackets and arms are metal only tightening handles are plastic. For the price and fuction i will recomend this to friends and family and will be buying a few more for my video on youtube. ... 5

I am currently outside of Oklahoma City after being here when the tornadoes of 5/10/10 came through. It was a great piece of equipment in capturing footage of the storms and having a steady platform for the camcorder. I plan to try it later this year on a dragster and see how that works as it definitely solidly on when attached. I love the way it adapts to any position and will be a definite accessory that will be kept out of the bag. 5

I was surprised to find out that this instrument is all-metal except for the suction cups. I was expecting plastic for most of the instrument. It is more robust than I expected and I have test-used it inside and outside the car. No worry about tne Fat-Gecko loosing its grip.It is better than all other contraptions and should have bought it earlier.Thank you B&H ... 5

This mount is good for almost any camera. It is a little shaky from engine and wind vibration. Suction cups haven't come loose yet. I have had this mount on a car up to 75 mph with no problem. 5
