Q: 1. I already have a CC photography subscription. Do I still get credit for one year's subscription?

A: The moment you activate this subscription it will start running, so if you want to make sure you get credit for your current version I recommend you to activate after you current version expires.

Q: 2. WILL THIS BE COMPATIBLE WITH I MAC PRO OS 10.9.5 EARLY 2008 20 INCH SCREEN?

A: No it would not, this would only be compatible with macOS 10.12 or later

Q: 3. Did anyone try to use the Wacom Intuos tablet with Windows 10?It looks like I'm having compatibility issue getting it configured.

A: I use the Wacom Intuos Pro tablet on my MabBook Pro with Retina display. I also have Windows 10 operating on this computer under Parallels. Upon seeing your question, I booted into Windows 10 and was immediately able to operate the tablet. Because I do not need the tablet for my Windows 10 applications, I have not installed any special drivers for the tablet yet it appears to function perfectly. I did NOT test the use the tablet's special function buttons. The Windows 10 version I am running on the MacBook Pro is the original version, not the newest Anniversary Edition.

Q: 4. Does this product have the Corel Paint integrated or I need to buy it

A: Corel Paint is NOT included.

Q: 5. Will this unit work with Topaz products and Topaz Studio?

A: The answer is Yes and No. While you would be able to use a Wacom tablet with Topaz, the input will be treated like a normal mouse, however. Wacom-specific controls aren't supported at the moment.

Q: 6. I just received the Wacom Pro Small and got it configured yesterday only to find out the sliders in Lightroom lag really bad, which makes it unusable. I saw some posts on the internet regarding this and there is no real solution. I'm a Windows 10 user and have the latest version of Lightroom CC. Any suggestions? Bummed out at this point. Thanks!

A: Try turning off Windows Ink. That should solve the issue

Q: 7. does that tablet works with Adobe Photoshop Elements?

A: Yes, it works with every adobe program and more.

Q: 8. I have Mac and Window computers. Can it be used for both computers by switching between two?

A: You can use the Wacom Intuos Pro in MAC OS and windows.

Q: 9. Hi, I have Mac 27 inch monitor. is the medium tablet a good size to have for it?

A: Hey there. I have a 27 as well and I think the size of the Wacom is perfect for editing. It's more about the size of the pad area and how much u want to move your hand.

Q: 10. Using a Mac, may I turn off the buttons and the control ring, so they don't do anything when touched? My current Intuous 3 used to be able to do that, but recent Mac OS updates have removed that ability and it drives me crazy. Thanks!

A: The Wacom Intuos Pro Professional Pen & Touch Tablet does not provide that option.
