The black AP-470 Celviano 88-Key Digital Piano from Casio features a tri-sensor scaled hammer-action keyboard, simulated ebony and ivory keys, a built-in 40W (20W + 20W) amplifier, and four speakers that are designed in a traditional furniture style cabinet with matching piano bench and music rest. The AP-470 digital piano can be used to deliver incredible piano realism with string resonance and touch response for beginners to professionals in the home.

The AP-470 is built with the AiR Sound Source with 22 tones including electric pianos, organs, and other essential instruments and 256 notes of polyphony, hammer response, damper, and string-resonance simulation to help bring a realism to your playing. The Celviano AP-470 includes two grand piano sounds, with varieties of each to suit any mood. The AiR Sound Source delivers piano realism with advanced sympathetic string resonance, which highlights the complex harmonic relationships between undamped strings. Damper resonance, hammer response and lid simulation add even greater detail, capturing every nuance of your performance. A total of 22 tones are provided, including electric pianos, organs, and other essential instruments. Adjustable Chorus and Brilliance are included along with a Hall Simulator, which places your piano in a virtual concert space of your choice.

The tri-sensor scaled hammer-action keyboard in the AP-470 features 88 ebony- and ivory-feel keys and provides both authentic feel and dynamic expression. Just like an acoustic grand, this high-resolution keyboard allows for fast repetition of notes without needing to return the key to its topmost position each time. The simulated ebony and ivory textures reduce slippage, ensuring you'll always play your best. The AP-470 even recreates the mechanical sounds of grand piano keys, drawing you deeper into the piano experience.

The Concert Play feature provides 10 audio recordings of a full symphony orchestra, which can be played with the left and/or right hand piano parts removed so you can play along. With Duet Mode and dual headphone jacks, you can take lessons or practice at any time, with built-in two-track MIDI and USB audio recorders ready to capture your inspiration. The AP-470 even includes a special Headphone Mode, which optimizes the piano's stereo image for private listening.

The AP-470's speaker system is housed in a cabinet available in your choice of finishes and is designed to complement any space. The lid can be raised or lowered to adjust the tone the same way you would on an acoustic piano, and a sliding key cover protects the instrument when not in use. The class-compliant USB port offers instant, no-hassle connectivity to Mac, Windows, iOS and Android devices. Download the free Chordana Piano companion, which lets you customize your AP-470's functions right from your phone or tablet. You can also view PDF scores and interact with MIDI files, learning to play your favorite songs with vertical piano roll view and scoring system. The free Chordana Play for Piano app, available for iOS and Android devices, gives you complete control over every function in your piano. It also displays PDF scores, lets you play downloadable MIDI songs using your piano's internal sounds and speaker system, and learn to play MIDI songs with an interactive scoring system. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. does this kit comes with Broncolor Para Adapter for font firing?

A: A Para Adapter to attach a lamp to the focusing rod is not included.

Q: 2. How good is the XLR to 3.5mm cable? Could this potentially work with the Zoom H1 without too much hiss?

A: Hi the XLR to 3.5mm cable works, but you would want to replace it straight away. Very little cost to do this, couple of Dollars. The mic works well and you can phantom power it (48v), or runs a very long time on one AA battery. I use a Zoom H1 and had no problems. There is a design fault with the mic switch. I have bought three and use all of them but the switch disintegrates if you don't take lots of care with it.Best to run it on phantom power then you don't need to operate the switch. Of course not possible with a Zoom H1

Q: 3. can this microphone be used for a canon rebel T5?

A: The XM88 can be used with any camera that features a 1/8 mic input jack. The T5 has no mic input available. The T5i camera does have an input and is compatible.

Q: 4. How long is the XLR cable that comes with the kit?

A: The XM88 ships with 2 XLR cables. A 26 ft cable for pole use, and a 16 cable for on camera mounting.

Q: 5. Which one is the best? This or Rode VideoMicro?

A: The XM-88 is a more versatile mic, in that it has both cardioid and super cardioid pick up patterns, so you will be able to be a bit farther from your subject than the VideoMicro. It also takes a battery to power it, so it can be used with pretty much any camera that has a mic input, while the VideoMicro does not and it relies on the camera's plugin power.

Q: 6. In the second photo above, there is a light mounted from the back like a regular softbox. Does that mean you can put Siros or other broncolor lights considering they all have the same front mount. Someone above (dan) has said that you cant. Can this point be clarified please?

A: According to the overview, "this version of the [Broncolor Para 88] is rear-firing and has an F-type rod, meaning that its optional flash head points in towards the back of the reflector. Those looking for front firing should purchase the FT rod or a kit that comes with it." Unfortunately, it seems those items/kits are no longer available with us.

Q: 7. Which adapter would I need for using with the Broncolor Siros 800S?

A: Best is to get this kit. It comes with what you need to attach the light to the Para 88.Broncolor Para 88 Reflector Kit with Focusing Rod F B&H # BRP88RK MFR # B-33.483.03

Q: 8. how to replace the battery?

A: First remove the microphone from the shock mount, then the battery compartment is on the bottom you just have to unscrew it. This microphone can also be powered with 48v Phantom power.

Q: 9. Hello, does this kit come with the clamp that fits the para to the Light Stand? if it doesn't, what part is it that I would need to order? thanks

A: Yes, this kit includes the standard tilt stand adapter to mount the Para to either a standard Baby (5/8 ) or Junior stand.

Q: 10. Would this (and siros inside) be OK on a matthews c-stand or would I need to get something like a baby jr for indoor use?

A: The Broncolor Tilt Head with Crank for Para Reflectors B&H # BRTHPFB is needed to mount this Para to a stand, but that stand needs to be one with a junior receiver such as the Manfrotto 008BU Black Cine Stand - 7' B&H # MA3071B. https://bhpho.to/2zgVTXA
