Quickly mount and unmount your monitor, light, microphone, or other accessory onto your rig using this Quick Release Mounting Plate from DigitalFoto Solution Limited. The bottom part of the mount features a 1/4"-20 thread that mounts onto a stand or an articulating arm and a shoe-type mount. The top portion attaches your monitor with a 1/4"-20 thread, and then it slides to the bottom shoe and locks with a quick release button.

To release your accessory, simply press the quick release button and slide out the top half of the mount with your accessory. Two screws, a washer, and an Allen wrench are included with the mount.
