A: Contact Davis and Sanford directly (aka Tiffen). I own two D&S tripods, the Fusion and another one. On my other one, the quick release latch broke off and I searched high and low for a replacement. Didn't have any luck so I contacted Tiffen. They sent me a new latch no questions asked.

Q: 8. I have a Manfrotto small tripod head and when I pan left (I think) the head starts to unscrew unless I am panning very slowly. Does this happen with this tripod head or do they have a way to prevent that?
