Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is the lens ajustable or is it just like that for esthetic purposes?

A: The focus is the only adjustable option on the lens included with this Konstruktor F Kit.

Q: 2. I bought the Lomographic sprocket rocket (hp400) and would like to know if anyone knows how long the developed photo is. I've had a panoramic camera in the past and the developed photo was 12 long. 2. I also have a Nikon N90s which uses 4AA batteries, along with 4 AA's in the flash. Any strong recommendations on type of battery? I'm finding Duracell are weaker and energizer last longer. So, any suggestions?

A: In regard to the Sprocket Rocket: The size of the print just depends on what you request. The image on the negative is about twice the length of a standard 35mm frame. I've printed images from the Sprocket Rocket on 8x10 paper. You can really print them at almost any size.

Q: 3. If the camera can only shoot 144 frames per roll, does that mean for each 6 seconds (standard 24fps) video, we have to switch a new roll?

A: The film is actually around 4-6 fps max. It's hand cranked so there's no way you get 24fps. A film roll actually gives about 30 seconds of film. Think of it more like an old silent movie type rate. I got an 8 scecond sequence from 22 frames as an example.

Q: 4. After developing and scanning the negatives, how do you turn them from stills into a movie?

A: You can send it to these people as the negatives or scanned digitally: https://filmphotographystore.com/products/film-scanning-services-lomokino-movie-maker-35mm-film-scanning?_pos=2&_sid=d6100359a&_ss=r

Q: 5. Can you take of the flash?

A: Yes, the flash is removeable.

Q: 6. Does it come with film?

A: No, film is not included with the Lomography Diana F+ Medium Format Camera (Teal/Black). Film would have to be purchased separately. You may view the options available under the Accessories tab on the webpage for the camera.

Q: 7. Does this camera work without a battery or power supply?

A: Yes. The following camera does not need power in order to create great images.

Q: 8. Can you develop this film in a dark room?

A: This camera uses standard 35mm film. You can use any standard color or black and white film and develop it in an appropriate dark room.

Q: 9. How long (time) is 144 movie frames?

A: The Lomography LomoKino 35mm Film Camera shoots at 3-5 frames per second. And the frame is smaller than 35mm. So 144 frames in seconds is approximately, 28 seconds to 48.

Q: 10. Does the kit actually let you take pictures?

A: Yes!
