A: This microphone should work well with most any camera that has the 1/8 stereo mini microphone jack. Be sure you keep a fresh battery in the microphone. This will keep the sound quality at its best. If the mic has poor sound or hiss, check the battery first. If you still have problems, check to see if your camera has a microphone gain control or ALC/AGC (automatic level/gain control). If a low/med/high gain setting, try the medium setting first. IF AGC, try turning it OFF to see if sound quality improves.Please remember sound quality is directly related to mic quality. This is a good mic but will not sound like the microphones you see/hear on tv shows. They are usually several hundred dollars each and may also have an external mixer/processor to better mix and adjust their sound.

A: The EX-507XD is not compatible with the the Wireless Go, which uses a standard TRS 3.5mm input. The EX-507XD has a TRRS 3.5mm plug which works with the Azden PRO-XD and with smartphone headphone inputs. A lavalier mic of ours that is compatible would be the EX-503.

A: Hello. Thank you for your inquiry in regards to the Azden SMX-10 Stereo Microphone. The Canon XHA1 video camera comes with a 3.5mm mic input terminal near the microphone clip holder. So, the mic should work without a problem. The SMX-10 is self-powered via a AAA battery (not included).
