This APC Fixed Shelf is designed for APC NetShelter racks and other 19" racks. It installs into a 1 RU rack space and supports up to 250 lb loads, allowing you to install tower units, monitors, and other equipment into the rack. The vertical mounting rails of the shelf are adjustable for equipment with mounting depths of 26.5 to 32.5", while perforations throughout the length of the shelf provide ventilation for your gear.

A: It is certainly not 30 degrees of correction from level --- it doesn't seem to be even 15 degrees from level. But it may be a math issue in how it is measured. Perhaps from side to side might be more but I would be surprised if it is 30 degrees even from side to side.
