A: It does not have a belt loop on the back. As shown in the photo it has an elastic loop on the front where the label is. This could possibly be used an a narrow bett but it is more suitable for a camera strap

A: Yes, this pouch will fit a Panasonic FZ8.

A: Sorry for the late answer. I use this for a Canon 7D battery and it wouldn't fit a battery much larger than that. If you can compare your battery measurements to a Canon 7D, maybe that would help. I think the holster was actually made for that particular battery or at least style of battery. You may want to check the company website "OP/TECH USA Battery Holster". A: According to Op/Tech, the Compact Sling has a load capacity of 2.5 lbs / 1.1 kg.

A: I can't say for sure. My biggest battery that fits is a DMW-BLE9PP is 37 x 42 x 15 mm, and it's a squeeze. Hope this helps.

A: Yes that battery will fit in this holster.

A: I find this sling to be very flexible and allow plenty of space to enable one to see the rear screen as well as allow one to use the view finder all while taking the pressure off one's neck.

Just received this OP/TECC Battery Holster from B and H. It fits my Nikon EN-EL23 Li-lon Rechargeable battery perfectly. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a battery holster to store a battery. Very streamline pouch and holds the battery very well and at a very good price. 5

At first I thought that buying a holster was a bit ridiculous, but, actually, I am glad that I spent the small amount for it. It lets me put the camera battery in my pocket with minimal worry, or in my camera bag. NO biggie, but it was nice. 5

These holsters easily attach to the camera strap and can hold small items for instant use. I use them to hold 2 CF or SD cards in their plastic cases so that I don't run out of space to shoot birds-in-flight. My camera (a Canon 1D Mark III) shoots at 10 frames per second and can fill up a 32 Gig card really fast. Having additional memory cards available on the strap makes changing cards fast and easy. 5

This battery holder fits the Nikon EN-EL15 lithium battery perfectly and has a built-in loop designed so a small strap can be passed through it ensuring a 100% positive mount (e.g. the lower portion of a backpack strap). Note that this also means that you will need to find an alternate method for attaching (e.g. Velcro strap) if you plan to mount to a looped handle or thicker object. Another note: the plastic cap that comes with the EN-EL15 will not fit into this holder. 5

This is a good product to use on the strap of the #LCSRXG/B SONY carrying case to carry an extra SD card or battery for the RX 100 camera. The holster belt loop is sewn-on, necessitating the strap to be fed through the loop. The velcro latch opens from the back side of the holster to reduce the chance of accidental opening. I have never had it accidentally open, fwiw. 5
