Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this bag fit my Avenger baby steel 40 stands?

A: I am not familiar with those stands, I will say it's a great bag.

Q: 2. can the tiny wheels be swapped out for larger ones?

A: The wheels on the Arco V55G Rolling Camcorder Bag are built in but you could manually swap them for larger ones.

Q: 3. Could this be used to store lights as well as light stands? The largest thing I'd wanna put in there is a tweenie.

A: This is a really great case. I have back ground stand, light stands, cables and some Elinchrom ELB units. If you have bigger lights I would pad them.

Q: 4. Can a macbook pro 15" fit in this bag?

A: Yes, this case is large enough to handle a 15" Macbook Pro.

Q: 5. How many stands fit comfortably in the bag? I use fairly standard 13' Paul Buff stands and would to pack 4 of them.

A: Hi, Frank, I have 3 light stands in there with 4 collapsible modifiers - it all fits and probably has room for more if I packed tighter. The side pockets also are roomy and I've not fully filled them.

Q: 6. I understand the dimensions seem to imply that the RC1048 can fit a C-stand, but does the compartment give ample room for the broken down turtle base? Thanks, JVL

A: This case would have room for a broken down c-stand turtle base.

Q: 7. Is this bag allow to carry on plan?

A: no it is too BIG

Q: 8. Long shot, but I have to ask. Does this fit in the trunk of a 2014 Subaru Legacy with a 1620 Pelican case? After long research to find a rolling bag with hold my 47 stands, it occurred to me that I still need to fit it in my car!

A: I can't answer if it will fit your Subaru but I can tell you I really like this case. It holds four Manfrotto stackable stands plus a Cheetah stand and a bunch of adapters in the main compartment. I have multiple 45 umbrellas and a 3' Profoto Octi in the pockets. You should know if you are going to fill it up the width can increase substantially. I just measured mine as nearly 17 across, and I would not call it overloaded. I love rolling into a gig with all of my lighting in one bag.

Q: 9. Is the bag waterproof?

A: No, the following unit features weather-resistant exterior. The durable nylon exterior shields your gear from inclement weather, as well as dust and debris. But no bag really is waterproof.

Q: 10. HiDoes the ursa mini (with top handle on it) fit in this bag?

A: The URSA Mini with handle is about 8-9 tall. The bag's interior is about 13 tall. You are good to go.

My dslr camera rig with top handle fits inside. I also have the matte box and follow focus attached and enclosed. Compartment for my monitor, batteries, camera light and arm. I used Velcro dividers from another case to make section for my long and short prime lenses, 6 total. Glad it has wheels.

This bag was everything I needed in a rolling bag, my only complaint is that I wish there were a few additional compartment dividers to close off sections.

I fit 2 Tenba bags and 1 pelican case in this one bag. Sony FS5 (fully rigged), lens on camera, reference Monitor, Atomos Shogun Inferno, 2 sony batteries, 4 Atomos Batteries, follow focus, 4 cinema lenses, all the wires, media, cleaning kit, sun hoods, light meter, headphones, AND I STILL HAVE ROOM! I LOVE IT! The bag is well built and rolls great. I am a little worried about the rolling handle bending or breaking, but I am aware and will be gentle with it while pulling. I'd buy the bag again anyway. Worth every penny!

I had read some durability complaints about this bag but decided to try it. So far I am thrilled with the bag. Great video utility bag and certainly seems strong enough. I have used on several run and gun shoots and all I take is my camera, tripod and this bag. Bag can handle small light stands, portable lights, batteries, headphones and more. Plenty of exterior pockets as well.

We have been looking for (and trying) bags for our production cameras. This bag is awesome! It wheels easily and is balanced. It is being used to house our Panasonic HC-X1 with an attached Lyre mount and microphone. It all fits into the bag completely. The bag has internal compartments that we use for our Lav mics, batteries for the Lavs and for the camera. The cameras charger fits too. Outside compartment is being used for rain slicker and there is still more room for other equipment. All-in-all, best bag we have ever purchased! Thanks also go to BH for suggesting this bag.

This bag is perfect for my Sony PXW-Z150 camera/ batteries and charging systems. It has plenty of space so I was also able to put my on camera lighting kit and audio microphone systems inside as well.
The amount of padding and number of extra pockets is perfect for my needs.

I purchased this bag to go along with my Panasonic DVX200. I wanted a bag that could fit what I would need in most video situations. I shoot mostly events (parties, weddings, ect). I am able to fit the DVX200 with shotgun mic, multiple batteries, chargers, a full Sennheiser wireless kit plus a handheld mic, Canon 5d Mark III with a 24-105. I wish the larger divider had velcro on its face but it was nothing I couldn't take care of in a few minutes to better layout my bag. Very happy with this purchase, it wheels around great, isn't overly heavy, and can fit a lot of gear.
