The black I2 Instrument Microphone, Standard Gain, with 3.5mm Locking Connector for Sennheiser SK 2020-D Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a mic that has been engineered from the ground up for natural on- and off-axis frequency response, low-noise, and precise polar patterns with deep nulls. This tiny instrument microphone can be used to capture audio in sound reinforcement applications for saxophone, violin, viola, cello, double bass, acoustic guitars, piano, brass, and percussion instruments.

The I2 instrument microphone is suitable for distance miking that is invisible in front of audiences and on camera. This version offers a standard gain and is suitable for close miking and loud instruments like horns. It is supplied with a foam windscreen, a basic clip, and a carrying case. In addition, the 5' cable is permanently attached to the mic and terminates to a 3.5mm locking connector for direct connection to Sennheiser SK 2020-D wireless bodypack transmitters.

The I2 maintains excellent pattern control and frequency response at all angles. It offers uncolored recordings and reduced feedback issues.

Flexible close miking techniques can be aided by the various selection of instrument mounts (sold separately), which position securely and gently to strings, brass, and more.

Small size and sonic precision makes this microphone suitable for X-Y, M-S, and other techniques that rely on accurate, coincident positioning, and consistent patterns.

The hypercardioid polar pattern has a narrower pickup pattern in its front than the cardioid polar pattern. It offers better rejection of ambient noise and the working distance is about twice that of the omni polar pattern. The hypercardioid has a small “pickup lobe” directly behind the microphone and exhibits maximum rejection areas behind and to the sides (about 60 degrees away from the rear of the microphone on either side) of the mic. The hypercardioid pattern works best when the loudest unwanted sounds—like speakers—can be positioned in these nulls.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. How much footage can you shoot on this film, according to the different frame rates? How many minutes for 16, 18, and 24fps?

A: If you shoot at 16fps (which is usually the average speed of a 8mm projector) you will get about 4 minutes of usable footage. 24fps usually looks a bit better for digital transfers. Fogging of film can/will occur at the beginning and end of the reel as it will be exposed to some light when flipping the roll... this will cut down on the amount of usable film to use.

I have had several Moto phones throughout the years and Motorola has never disapointed.

I've really enjoyed upgrading to the Moto G Power. Coming from a 10 year old slider phone, the G Power was the first unlocked phone I could find under $200 that wasn't a glorified burner phone. So far, it's had great connectivity, little bloatware and is quick and responsive. The fingerprint scanner is a nice little cherry on top. Slap a micro SD card into it and the 64gb onboard storage is no longer a concern. I would definitely recommend this model for any budget minded buyers.

Had the original Moto Z play and loved it but the for around four years but the battery was shot so I did some research and settled on the Moto G power and am very glad I did! I use my phone for just about everything besides gaming and I could not be happier with it, the ease of use, speed, storage and functionality is superb for my needs and the battery life is out of this world compared to every other phone I have owned, I just hope it lasts as long as my last Moto.

I absolutely adore the Do not disturb by putting the phone face down at bedtime with my 3 year old son! I hate having to turn on and change settings on the old phones. This is Brilliant. Also for when I go to bed.
So far it's very fast. It was a bit tricky getting used to no back button but I'm getting the hang of it.
Also live the wide angle lense!

I picked up this phone to replace my aging g5s Plus. I've been a fan of the g series from motorola for awhile so I knew it wouldn't disappoint me and overall the phone works exactly as expected. Build quality is good even if it's not full metal like my g5. My only gripe would be the removal of the home and back buttons in favor of swiping which feels like an apple feature.

At $230, I do not know how much more one gets for phones that cost 2 and 3 times as much. I did see it on consumer Cellular for $ 150
