Click your RAW image, and just to the right of "Profile" (towards right), click on the small icon with 4 small boxes and select "Camera Matching" then pick a setting, it will render the RAW image in color. I some how also made that a RAW default (and I forgot those steps) but now am able to import from the camera and the RAW images open up, as default in color.
