However, one should technically be able to carefully “dangle” the MixPre-6 II by the USB cable (just a few inches above a table, for example). We obviously don’t normally recommend this activity, but it’s a good test of the “tightness” of the USB-C port. Please contact our support team via our website, as it sounds like your USB-C port might require replacement.
