This 18 x 16" MixPanel 60 Softbox from Nanlite is compatible with the MixPanel 60 LED Panel. It features a speed ring-free design and the unit mounts to the front of the LED panel via touch fasteners. Ideal for portraits and interviews, the softbox reduces contrast while diffusing the light, and the included grid gives you added control over the spill light. The softbox folds flat for easy storage, and a carry bag is included for transport.

Well made large umbrella. I used it with 1 AB 800 for a BB Team photo. I liked the results, little fall off on the sides, but that is normal with a wide group. I was a little nervous with the weight of the umbrella when mounted on the AB, I used a velcro strap wrapped around the end of the AB for added support. 5

As soon as I opened the package, you can really tell the quality on this umbrella. It doesn't feel cheap in any way. The ribs on the inside are sewn in so you don't see the metal. Excellent soft light. Works very well with my SB-600. 5

The size of this umbrella and the ability to convert it from a reflective to shoot-through make it well worth the modest price. I actually prefer that the umbrella part is not metal. I have a 40 umbrella that has a metal frame and it tipped over from the wind and is now bent. I expect that won't happen with this product. Perhaps it will break? I doubt it, but I'm sure I will find out (since this thing is a huge wind sail!) 5

Okay, there's not a lot to say about a umbrella. This one appears made well enough; it's big, which is nice. I would recommend, however, making sure that you have a sturdy light stand. On my lightstands (which I think are the standard size), my 40-inch umbrella works well. This 60-inch, however, tips the light stand; also, I wonder how sturdy is the part that actually supports the umbrella. Anyway, this isn't a criticism of the umbrella; it's just to say that you might need a more robust umbrella/light stand. 5
