The light beige Countryman E6X Directional Earset Mic, Medium Gain with Detachable 2mm Cable and TA3F Connector for Audix Wireless Transmitters is a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i earset that features a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom and is suitable for use when a few people will be using the same mic.

The E6X earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.

The low-profile, directional E6X earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers medium gain for very loud speaking, such as in theater performances and most vocals. Additionally, the earset comes with two pattern-changeable protective caps for maximum isolation and gain before feedback. This directional E6X earset's cable terminates to a TA3F connector for direct connection to Audix RAD360-BP wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.

The E6 Flex or E6X offers a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i. With a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom, the E6 Flex is secure on the ear and fast to fit without compromising true invisibility and sound.

The E6X's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.

The E6X earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The directional earset protective caps adjust the pattern from cardioid to hypercardioid.

Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The directional E6X earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.

The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this work for a D500 with a 80-400 mm zoom?

A: Think Tank Photo Emergency Rain Cover (Medium) measures 18.9" long. If you attached the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens to Nikon D500 DSLR camera body, it has a total lengh of 10.5inches. If you zoom out to 400mm, the camera and lens messures 12.5 inches.

Q: 2. What are the difference between the PRO and the regular Carbon Fiber track? Is the flywheel worth the price difference?

A: The difference between the Syrp Magic Carpet Pro and Syrp Magic Carpet carbon slider is the Pro provides a flywheel carriage and 90mm quick release plate for rapid set up changes. The flywheel does help in how smooth the slider starts and stops when in motion.

Q: 3. Tablet screen protector?

A: Unfortunately there is no screen protector available for this product.

Q: 4. When purchasing the 36" Slider with 24" extension, can you switch out the 36" track and just use the 24" extension by itself?

A: Yes, on the Syrp Magic Carpet Pro Short Slider Kit with Extension (60-), each track extension can be used independently, or together for additional length.

Q: 5. I have a smaller Wacom tablet. Will the pen and mouse I am currently using work with the large Wacom tablet?

A: Yes, providing they are from the same series Wacom tablets.

Q: 6. What is the diameter of the pole end that inserts into the speedring? I need to know to verify it will fit in my ring. Thanks.

A: The diameter of the silver tip on the end of the poles on the Impact Luxbanx Medium Rectangular Softbox (24 x 32") measures .3 in.

Q: 7. Is this the correct size for a Nikon D300?

A: Yes this would fit the Nikon D300 quite well, it just depends more so on what lens you are using with it.

Q: 8. Does this work with photoshop?

A: Yes it works with Photoshop. I can't imagine working in Photoshop without it. I also use it in place of either a mouse or trackpad for all of my computer activities, except typing of course. Put your mouse/trackpad in a drawer and don't take it out no matter how frustrated you may get in the beginning. If you use it for everything, it will become the most natural action and you'll find it so much easier when you go to Photoshop. The pen pressure feature gives you an ability to apply brush stroke with varying finite degrees of transparency that can't be done with either a mouse of trackpad. Using the Spot Healing Brush has become a wonder and a true joy. On the downside, I've not been able to use the scroll wheel feature. I find it so inaccurate that I have finally just treated it as though it doesn't even exist. I've programed the buttons with shortcuts to commands I use frequently and that's a great time saver; however, since they are the same black as the tablet and absolutely flush with the surface, it can be difficult to find the exact button wanted without searching for it, even though some of the buttons have a slightly raised dot. It would have been better if Wacom had made them stand out in some way such as a white boarder or something. Also, unless you keep all parts of your hand, wrist, and any other body part away from the tablet surface, Photoshop will constantly zoom in on your image. I tire easily in my old age and rest my wrist on the tablet surface and have to make sure I have any tool other than the zoom selected so that doesn't happen with every move I make. For the most part, the tablet has been an invaluable addition to my computer set up.

Q: 9. I teach music theory, where I have to precisely draw and fill small notes on a PDF of a music staff (lines). Would this tablet be able to edit a PDF in Adobe? Am I correct in thinking that the pro would allow for smooth note shaping?

A: Yes, it would allow you to edit PDF's, it essentially replaces your mouse as an input device with far more precision.

Q: 10. Is this USB-C on the computer end?

A: According to the manufacturer it is a USB-C (tablet) to USB-A (computer) cable.
