A: The short answer is Yes .I bought this case specifically for the current version of Sigma 120-300 2.8. It will fit but barely. I load the lens rear end, where connecting to the camera body, in first and the front of the lens last. Otherwise, it will bulk a bit on top if it's the other way around.

A: For the Sigma 150-600mm Sport is a tight fit, but will fit in. Specifically I can fit in my 150-600mm Sport with the lens shade attached (reversed), the padded lens cap on, and a RRS MPR-1b plate attached to the tripod foot. It's a snug fit side-to-side, but the lens will slide in under gravity. Lengthwise the rear lens cap extends a little above the top-edge of the sides, so there is a slight bulge in the lid when you close it (and a more significant bulge if you have anything in the mesh pouch on the inside of the case lid). This case would work better for this lens if it were about 1/2 taller.I concur with most of the other comments here that the Tamron 150-600 is a comfortable fit in this case, but it is a notably smaller and lighter lens.
