A: Yes it is brand new in the box EOTech EXPS3 Holographic Weapon Sight. The issue you are referring to has not been a issue for over 2 years. This is as per my conversation with EOTech. The older versions were pulled from the market some 2 years ago. And everything currently available is free from any issues.

A: Yes this is a Gen 2 Trijicon 1x25 MRO Reflex Sight. You can tell by the MFR # 2200003 on our website. You will find the same number on the Trijicon website MRO-C-2200003. The 89k serial numbers that you are asking about sold through about a year and a half ago. They aren't even around anymore.

Q: 7. When were these sights made? After Eotech made the point of shift corrections or before?

A: All of our EOTech sights have been made post change. There have not been any of those sights around for 2 years.

Q: 8. Will this fit P229 ?

A: Unfortunately the Trijicon Sig Sauer 9mm will not fit a Sig 229. It only fit's P225, P226, P228, P239, and P320.
