A: There is Barska ACCU-Grip Camera Handle Pistol Grip (B&H # BAAPGHS), which doesn't specify the payload capacity. It would really be a matter of what payload is comfortable for you. The Barska grip would be sufficient enough to support the Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV Mirrorless Camera (B&H # OLEM10M4B) and the Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm f/5-6.3 IS Lens (B&H # OL100400B).
