Add a high-definition 4K POV (Point-of-View) camera to your e-sport production, classroom, reality TV show, or remote corporate meeting space with this white Compact UHD 4K Box-Style POV Camera with Wide-Angle Lens from Sony. The compact box-style digital camera features an 8.4MP 1/1.8" CMOS sensor that can capture up to UHD 4K60 video for output over HDMI. Its 21mm wide-angle lens features a 102° angle of view, and 85° with distortion correction, so you can capture a wide area when the camera is very close to the subject. This wide angle and its compact size makes it an ideal solution for a POV camera for productions in small, enclosed spaces.

The camera allows you to record up to 8-bit 4:4:4 video up to UHD 4K60 via the HDMI 2.0 output, or you can output up to 1080p resolution via the USB 3.0 Type-B output. Its 3.5mm analog audio input jack allows you to embed audio with your video output over HDMI or USB. The camera can also stream video via the RJ45 LAN port using RTMP/RTSP protocols as well as with a Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) option. There is also a tally light on the front of the camera, so you can tell when the camera is live and recording.

To power the SRG-XP1, you can either plug the camera into mains power with the included power adapter, or you can utilize PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) using your local PoE-supported LAN to save power cable runs. You can control the camera via the included IR remote control, or you can utilize the Ethernet port for LAN control. Options for NDI|HX and UVC Control are available separately with future firmware updates and license purchases.

Weighing in at just 14 oz, the SRG-XP1 can be readily integrated into any environment. Upper and lower tripod mounts increase installation flexibility. Rear-panel guards ensure extra robustness, and the large, easy-to-read tally lamp is useful in multiple-camera setups.

Streaming video is available over HDMI, Ethernet, and USB 3.0 interfaces offers even greater operational flexibility. Full UVC capability will be available with a future firmware update.

The camera's large 1/1.8" Exmor R CMOS sensor captures smooth, crisply detailed 4K60 video with excellent low-light sensitivity.

Connect an external microphone or line-level source to capture clear pictures with sound in lecture theaters and meeting rooms or on reality TV shows.

The wide angle lens covers a generous 102° (with distortion correction: 85°) angle of view (horizontal). As well as accommodating the presenter's entire face or body from close range without cropping, it can also cover the entire room, ensuring that everyone is visible in the frame.

Camera control, PoE, and streaming video output are carried over a single Ethernet cable, reducing installation costs and simplifying integration in space-restricted or hard-to-reach locations. Full IP integration includes support for Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP), Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP), and Secure Reliable Transport (SRT). Support for NDI|HX is also available via an optional license.

The camera-mounted tally light gives visual confirmation to the lecturer or presenter when the camera is active. The horizontal bar-style light is easily visible to both performer/presenter and director.

A: Yes this lens is compatible with the Fuji X-T5.

Q: 2. What's the difference between this Rokinon 12mm f2 AF and the Samyang 12mm f2 AF? Only the name or optical too?

A: The 2 lenses are exactly the same other than the brand name,

Q: 3. If using the lens on a camera in Manual focus mode, does the focus ring stop at infinity or does it keep going around and around?

A: As this lens uses fly-by-wire focusing, it will spin indefinitely and has no hard stops.

Q: 4. is there a difference with the same model but ROKINON? I have a ZVE-10 and I read that it is not compatible. which is terrible. anyone know more about it?

A: Rokinon and Samyang are part of the same company. However, we have not heard of any issues when using this lens or its Rokinon counterpart on the Sony ZV-E10.

Q: 5. Does the listed length of 59.2mm include the hood? If so, what is the stored length without the hood?

Q: 9. Would this lens use the same lens station as the Samyang AF 75mm F/1.8?

Q: 10. How good is this for both astrophotography and landscape photography?

A: The Samyang 12mm f/2.0 AF Compact Ultra-Wide Angle Lens for Sony E-Mount (B&H# SA1220SE) stands alone in its price range for a low cost ultrawide APS-C AF lens. Not only is it a speedy lens at f/2.0, but the combination of its two extra-low dispersion elements, one aspherical element, and one hybrid-aspherical element in combination with your setting the aperture to f/2.8 or higher do a tremendous job to virtually eliminate the many types of distortion you'd normally expect in this type of lens. Those abilities make it great for astrophotography and outstanding for shooting landscapes.
