A: The BE-117 and Oben Car Mount designed to come off with adequate force in order for you to potentially replace the ballhead with something else. If you would like it to be permanently attached, we recommend using a very strong (and very permanent) thread sealants like Loctite, which you can acquire from hardware stores.
