Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. First time with a roll of Pictorico. Which side of the roll do you print on? Common sense tells me inside?

A: It is naturally fed by roll printers and will print on the outside.

Q: 2. Will this fit a Canon R7 with RF800 attached?

A: Yes, the Think Tank Photo BackStory 13 Camera Backpack will accommodate a Canon EOS R7 Mirrorless Camera with a Canon RF 800mm f/11 IS STM Lens attached.

Q: 3. Is this extension tube compatible with the Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens (not the L series)? I'll be using it on a Canon 5D Mark III

A: Yes it is. Actually I also own a Canon 100mm Macro no L series too and I use two extension tubes with it. However you might sacrifice a little bit of sharpness when using two of them, and the depth of view is very shallow at 2.8, so you may have to shoot at very small appertures to have a better depth of view. And with this, you'll have to use a flash gun to iluminate the subject, but here is one tip: if you already own a 430 EX, 580EX or any othe flashgun, just attach a piece of white blank paper at it to bounce the light from above. This creates enough light to expose the subjects and very soft and defuse light making it very natural. You can check my instagram @dvl80 for some samples of macro with the settings I'm mentioning. Q: 4. what is the core size of the roll?

A: Core Size 2" / 5.08 cm

Q: 5. I'm printing on this film using a Canon Pixma Pro-200 printer -- what paper setting should I use? Thanks!

A: With the Pictorico Ultra Premium OHP Transparency Film one should use the glossy photo paper setting.

Q: 6. what kind of printer will this paper work with?

A: Just about any printer. I have an Epson 3800 and it works great with that. You just have to make sure you print on the right side, otherwise your ink will not set properly.

Q: 7. Is this Ultra Premium roll the exact same as Pro Ultra Premium sheets, note that the roll description does not include 'Pro' ? The convenience of the roll would be great but i don't want to have re-calibrate/ re-linearize each process/ paper/ chemistry combination that i use, thanks

A: I used both and they are the same

Q: 8. Will this hold a Canon R5 with 24-105 attached and two other lenses (14-35 and 70-200) stored off the camera? Room leftover?

A: Yes, the Think Tank Photo Backstory 13 will accommodate all pieces and more mentioned.

Q: 9. I will be cutting individual sheets off the roll, 17” x 12”. How much curl might be left on a sheet this size? Will it lie flat like the regular packaged Pictorico?

A: It's material does not lend to curling much.

Q: 10. Will the M2 Macbook Air (13.3") fit in this bag?

A: Yes the Think Tank Photo BackStory 13 Camera Backpack laptop compartment is, 13.4 x 9.1 x 1" and the M2 Macbook Air (13.3") is 11.97 x 8.46 inches x 0.44 inches.
