The light beige Countryman E6X Omnidirectional Earset Mic, Standard Gain with Detachable 2mm Cable and 1/4" Connector for Line 6 Wireless Transmitters is a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i earset that features a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom and is suitable for use when a few people will be using the same mic.

The E6X earset can be used on either ear for capturing audio and rejecting unwanted sound, feedback, or surrounding noise from stage monitors or nearby speakers in houses of worship, theater, and outdoor vocal and speech applications.

The low-profile, omnidirectional E6X earset virtually disappears against the skin, so performers will forget they're wearing a mic. This version offers the highest gain for general speaking such as presentations or sermons. In addition, the earset comes with three protective caps with different high-frequency response characteristics that control the amount of crispness or sibilance (response at 15 kHz). This omnidirectional E6X earset's cable terminates to a 1/4" connector for direct connection to Line 6 TBP06 wireless bodypack transmitters.

The Countryman earsets are very small, lightweight, and the least visible headworn microphones.

The E6 Flex or E6X offers a versatile blend of the E6 and the E6i. With a springy, thin earpiece and a flexible boom, the E6 Flex is secure on the ear and fast to fit without compromising true invisibility and sound.

The E6X's stainless steel boom is tough and can be bent and re-bent to fit different performers. It is highly resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. The earset should always have a protective cap in place to keep sweat, makeup, and other foreign material out of the microphone.

The E6X earset's flexible boom is easily shaped right on the performer's face. Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. This omnidirectional version includes three protective caps—+4 dB (bright), +8 dB (very bright) and +0 dB (flat)—that controls the amount of crispness or sibilance (response at 15 kHz.)

Easy adjustment keeps the mic in a comfortable position for rejecting unwanted sounds. The omnidirectional E6X earset provides more isolation and is suitable for situations where there are loud monitors, extreme feedback, or environmental noise.

The included removable, quick-swap cable detaches from the actual earset, making it completely replaceable in the event of a short or break. The replaceable cable design makes upgrading wireless microphone systems easy as they are available in a wide selection of connections to accommodate most wireless transmitters.

Q: 1. Will it work with Canon 5d Mark III?

A: Yes it will.

Q: 2. What other gels can use with this light?

A: you can use any gel with strobes. Just put the camera in Manual White Balance

Q: 3. Does the usb-c port on the unit power the light?

A: The USB-C port on the FJ 400 is for firmware updates and is not used for power.

Q: 4. All of my light modifiers use an elinchrom mount....Is there an adapter I can purchase to be able to use my elinchrom modifiers?

A: Yes, Elinchrom makes three different speedrings which will allow their range of softboxes to be used with the Bowens mount that is used on the the Westcott FJ400 400Ws Strobe with AC/DC Battery. They have the Elinchrom Rotalux Speedring for Bowens Mount Lights, BH #EL26554 (https://bhpho.to/3Ps295D), the Elinchrom Snaplux Speed Ring for Bowens S-Mount, BH #EL26551 (https://bhpho.to/3LseuUd), and the Elinchrom Litemotiv Octa Bracket for Bowens S-Mount, BH #ELLMBB (https://bhpho.to/39HgnPp).

Q: 5. Is there an adapter for Profoto ocf modifiers?

A: Unfortunately, Profoto only makes an OCF speed ring for their OCF modifiers, so they would not be compatible with the Bowens S mount on the FJ400 monolight.

Q: 6. How is the light replaced when it fails?

A: The flashtube is user replaceable on the FJ400 by way of the Westcott Flash Tube for FJ400 Flash Head, BH # WEFJ400FT. As for the modeling lamp, that is only replaceable through Westcott. https://bhpho.to/3tfftBD

Q: 7. Comparing this to the Godox AD400Pro, the Godox has a power output range from 1/256 to 1/1. I see a YouTube video comparing the 2 of these but how the Wescott only goes as low as 1/64 but later fixed with s as firmware update. So what is the new power output range of the Wescott? Thank you

A: The power output on the FJ400 after that firmware change can go to as low as 1.56 watt seconds at its lowest power. 1.56ws is the equivalent of 1/256 power. The entire range of the FJ400 is from 1.56ws-400ws or 1/256-1/1.

Q: 8. how far behind are these two light kits

A: i think Mike means, how far behind in technology are these lights.

Q: 9. How many lumens does the FJ400 produce?

A: The Westcott FJ400 400Ws Strobe with AC/DC Battery (US/No. America Plug) is a strobe/flash. They are not rated in Lumens like continuous lights. It is rated and watts and is 400 watts.

Q: 10. Is this just a rebadged godox?

A: They are similar in look but no, this is made by Westcott.

I use this clamp for everything from holding a speedlight on a fence or tree branch to holding a boom arm and anything else I can throw at it. It never disappoints. Love this clamp!

This is essential in every camera bag. Enough said--you'll find a use for it.

A good photographer should always have this clamp in his/her bag for those moments when a Tripod just won't cut it.

Frustrated with commercial umbrella holders designed to protect gear from rain, I adopted a product designed for the disabled and attach it to my tripod using two clamps. This enables me shoot in the rain or snow without worry or having to peer through camera covers.

These little clamps grow on you. Purchase a couple and you'll eventually have a dozen or so. I use them to hang lights in arenas across the trusses and purlins. They attach to just about anything, anywhere. You can even use them to hang a crossbar and background in a not so adapt place.

Works as advertised. Solid, study piece of grip. Reasonably priced in my opinion.

I use these to mount strobes in odd places where a light stand just won't work. Holds well, does the job.

I'm a photographer and use these for mounting strobes when light stands aren't feasible. I bought this as a kit with the wrong stud, I really needed a 035RL Super Clamp with Standard Stud. Had to pay an extra $8 locally for the correct stud.

I have used this once now with an additional articulated arm. This is a solid performer. It is nice that it includes a flat surface wedge that has a storage location on the clamp itself.
