Use this 3.5mm Mini Jack to ALEXA Timecode Cable from CAMVATE to feed or accept a timecode signal between a Tentacle Sync timecode generator and an ARRI ALEXA LF, ALEXA Mini, or ALEXA SXT camera. This 19.7" cable features a right-angle, 3.5mm Neutrik mini-TRS jack connector and a straight 5-pin connector.

Q: 1. Is this box having inner diffusion too?

A: The Godox Softbox with Bowens Speed Ring (19.7 x 51.2") does not have inner diffusion

Q: 2. The B&H spec says output is 1/8" TRS line-level unbalanced. However unbalanced is normally only 2 conductors (TS) not TRS right? Can anyone clarify the wiring of the output connector? Sennheiser's site and manual are useless in this regard.

A: Tip = hot Ring and Sleeve are shorted for sheild.

Q: 3. Does this cable and Tentacle Sync box need to be connected at all times to the camera?

A: If the camera supports Timecode Jam Syncing, you do not need to keep the Tentacle Sync plugged in the entire time.

Q: 4. My mic is a Stereo XLR condenser mic that requires phantom power to work, so this is the adapter that will allow it to record with my macbook?

A: This cable blocks phantom power so it will not work for your application. Your best solution would be an audio interface.

Q: 5. Will this work with other phones - a Samsung Galaxy for example? Also, I just need a simple mic to go with it. Any recommendations?

A: This has been designed for compatibility with your iPhone, iPod or Blackberry. It may not work with android devices consistently.

Q: 6. Does it fit to my westcot strobelight?

A: No, it will not. The is designed specifically for use with the Godox Mini Pioneer series and Mini Master series monolights. It is not compatible with speedrings for use with the Westcott Strobelite Monolights.

Q: 7. How many layers of definition are included (Inner + Outer)?

A: If you are referring to diffusion there are two. One inner baffle, (which is removable) and of course, the outer. By the way, this is a great soft box, extremely well made. I am going to order two more for my studio expansion.

Q: 8. Will this fit on an AD100 pro

A: The AD100 pro will fit with the Godox S2 bracket. I don't recommend the AD100 for this softbox, how about the AD 400 pro.

Q: 9. Where is the optional skirt listed? Can I use the Skirt Set for CS-65D for this 50?

A: Yes, Godox CS50D Collapsible Lantern Softbox (19.7") comes with the fabric barndoors in the case. It's dimensions are 67x27.5 inches. The skirt is also compatible with CS-85, CS-65D and CS-50D.

Q: 10. Has anyone tried it with a Zoom F6?

A: The Tentacle Sync C24 3.5mm TRS to Multi Interface Timecode Cable is not compatible for use with the Zoom F6 Multi-Track Field Recorder. The 3.5mm connector on the C24 cable is for connection to a Tentacle Sync SYNC E, TRACK E, or their original timecode unit and the other connector is a Multi Interface connector specifically for connection to a Sony FX3 or FX30 Cinema Camera.

This adapter was invaluable in migrating over my HDD to a SSD. It works really well for both the SSD and with a 2.5" HDD hooked up to it. I didn't have any issues powering the HDD through USB on it (like another reviewer did), so it likely should be fine for most laptop drives. 5

DIdn't think it was possible to get information off a "dead" HD, but this cable did the trick.� Was able to access all my info and save what was needed.� Also reformatted the HD since it wouldn't boot up anymore and it's being used as an external drive. 5

I have tested this SATA to USB cable using several different SATA disks including regular 2.5" spinning disks and 2.5" SSD disks. The cable comes in zip lock bag with a little instruction book. The cable is very strong feeling and has a good amount of flex. The cable is long enough that I can connect it to a USB port on the bottom of my normal size PC tower and have the other end with the drive sit on top of the tower. The SATA end of the cable has 4 tiny pin holes in it which on close inspections with a drive connected, one of them has an LED in it. The LED stays lit to indicate that it is working and then flashes for disk activity. When connected, the computer detected the cable and attached drive very quickly. Transferring data to the drive was very quick and consistent in speed throughout the process. I have confirmed that this cable only works with 2.5" drives as the product describes. I guess USB just doesn't have enough power for full size 3.5" drives, which isn't a flaw of the product but larger hard drives. Great simple cable to get data from 2.5" drives. Instant portable hard drive cable or help in recovery of files laptop/SSD hard drives. I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review. 5

More solid than other brands I've tried in terms of the connection on the e-sata drive side which makes for a better more reliable connection. Worth the extra few bucks for sure to have reliability! 5
