A: Hi James, Yes, a 250MB/s card does have advantages in shooting stills, capturing video and in downloading content to a computer. Both the read and write speeds are faster on that card than on the card you reference. You are less likely to notice a difference when shooting stills since both cards will likely keep up with the buffer of your camera but if you are shooting video you be able to capture video at the highest resolutions. In your workflow when downloading to your computer you will offload all of your content faster.

Q: 2. Will this work on a Canon 5d IV?

A: Will it work, yes. But since your camera is not UHS-II compliant, using UHS-II is a considerable waste of money.

A: Hi Heber, We have found that the best option for the Sony a7 Series is a V90 card especially if you are planning on shooting video. The ProGrade Digital V60 cards have been tested in those cameras and will work just fine as well. All flash memory slows down over time with multiple write/erase cycles and they need to be sanitized. Q: 5. Is this the same as the Sandisk Extreme Pro? Since Sandisk changed their firmware for the original Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera I am looking for an alternative SD card to shoot RAW.
