very easy to use and great invention. Perfect to change lenses fast and protect them

I bought this because I often switch 2 lens for different focal length, such practical tool.

Going on an assignment and need to carry 2 lenses? This tool can be attached to your belt or any strap and allow switching from one lens to another very safely and quickly. More efficient and safe than bringing a camera bag.

It is great for small to medium lenses (use it for Voigtla^nder super wide Heliar 15mm with Hawk adapter, Loxia 21mm/f2,8, Batis 25mm/f2 up to the 90mm/f2.8 Macro). Bigger lenses I like to carry on the I own two so I can take 3 lenses and one on the Pek Design Slide camera strap.

I used this on my first wedding shoot as a second shooter. I was able to alternate between lenses quickly and efficiently throughout the day's events. I was using a 17-40mm lens, a 50 mm lens and a 70-200mm lens. Did my lens fall off? No. The only slip happened when I didn't properly lock the release button. So it works as designed.

Other than ordering the Canon instead of Sony FE mount initially (watch out for preselected click button), the whole shebang is great. Shot a parade using Sony A7s II with a 70-200 hanging off my belt. Lens remained secure even while marching alongside bands shooting. Nary a concern about the lens swan diving to the pavement. I'll give their quick release camera clip a try when I get a second camera body.

I took a chance on this. I normally carry my lens in a sling bag, but my shoulders aren't what they used to be. This lens holster is not only reliable, but study and easy to use. Peak Design made me a life long fan after experiencing this type of lens holster. It has a solid locking mechanism, and the lens set right into place with no play or give once they are locked in.

This tool makes it extremely easy to not only carry another lens around, but to swap lenses on a fly. With this on, one could swap lenses in maybe ten seconds. This is a must if you are in an environment where the lighting is changing quickly.

Secure way to hold your 2nd lens and be able to switch easily. Peak Design has a web site with videos of how this works, may be the easiest way to explain it, but basically you stick this on your backpack strap or belt with one lens on it, take the other lens off your camera and add it to this device, swivel the thing around to access your other lens, and put it on your camera. Just one hand needed to switch lenses, no more asking my husband here can you hold this for a sec while I fiddle with one lens and the other one's balanced on a rock or between my knees. What a great idea. Solidly built, feels secure.
