A: I purchased the device about 2 years ago and took in on a road trip through 15 of the national parks. The unit performed very well with capturing still images and video for short bursts of up to 5 minutes or so. I don't shoot as much video, so I didn't push the capacity of the adapter beyond that - I think it would not have been an issue, but I can't say for certain. I will say that I experienced no issues with the video I shot and the card did not bog down.I am very pleased with the device. Not sure how much video you plan to throw at it. I was using a Lexar Professional XC card 600x speed 64gb.
